BroFit Sports Performance’s most popular training model, athletes are thoroughly evaluated to start. We use this first session to gather the information necessary to prepare a month of entirely individualized training materials. Following the assessment, athletes execute personalized training materials in a group setting. Our client-to-coach ratio is set at a maximum of 5:1 and new athletes

can expect the first couple of weeks of training with us to be extremely coaching intensive..

Training Schedule:

Mon, Wed, Thur & Fri: 2-8pm

Tuesday: 2-5pm

Saturday: 8-10am

Sunday: CLOSED
